Register for Stanford Worksite Immigration Compliance Symposium
It’s that time of the year for Stanford’s Annual Worksite Immigration Compliance. You’ll recall we wrote about the symposium last year here. On Friday, April, 19, 2013, Stanford University’s Rock Center for Corporate Governance will host the Third Annual Worksite Immigration Compliance Symposium all day. The event is co-sponsored by the Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange (SVDX) and the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, Stanford Law School. Registration details are here. The symposium theme this year is “Initiatives for a Compliant & Secure Workforce.” Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren is keynote speaker and session topics include:
- Worksite Enforcement Reform Legislation
- Post-reform corporate compliance
- Discussion of the Two-Page Form I-9
- Workplace data security
- And more!
Speakers include nationally recognized immigration practitioners. Our very own John Fay, General Counsel and VP of Products and Services for LawLogix, and Dan Siciliano, Co-Founder of LawLogix will both be speakers. Review the agenda here for more details. Take advantage of the early bird registration through April 15, 2013. Registration for the full day symposium is open to all corporate executives, HR professionals and directors, auditors and attorneys.
