Customer Support Team

LawLogix is built on a customer service foundation and works with each and every client to ensure the success they expect and deserve. Our US-based Training and Support Team is double the size of any of our competitors and provides the best support in the industry.

Clients have access to superior support by phone, email, or even instant messaging, and all technical support for LawLogix is handled in-house at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

Our dedicated Customer Support team provides a deep level of experience in training and supporting our users. Our average representative is bilingual (Spanish), has eight years experience in customer service or a related field, has passed several levels of security and background checks, and has several years of prior immigration experience.

We staff (and grow) as needed to maintain our two minute maximum hold time and average eight minute resolution. With our knowledgeable team we are able to resolve the vast majority of questions on-the-spot at the first point of contact. We always encourage firms to contact us anytime they have a question, however big or small the issue may seem. We see each question as a training opportunity for our clients to learn more about the system and no interaction is ever a waste of our team’s time.

Training

LawLogix has a professional team of trainers that are exceptionally skilled at providing on-site and on-line training. While LawLogix products are easy to learn and use, we offer comprehensive training because we feel strongly that thorough and relevant training are key to helping clients make the most out of their case management investment.

Initial and ongoing training is offered at our offices, on-site, or interactively through the web. Unlimited on-line scheduled WebEx training and customer support is always available to our clients at no extra charge.
