In his current role, Mr. Fay is responsible for drafting and negotiating all software agreements; interfacing with members of the Department of Homeland Security to ensure regulatory compliance; and overseeing product design and functionality.

In addition to his work at LawLogix, Mr. Fay is also seen as a thought leader in the immigration compliance industry. He is a frequent speaker on I-9 and E-Verify compliance issues, and has served as a panelist or organizer for nearly 50 live and virtual presentations on compliance topics during the past two years. He is also a prolific writer on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and is responsible for establishing the LawLogix Compliance Blog and Knowledge Base, which features over 250 original articles and guides on how to properly complete the I-9 and E-Verify process.

LawLogix’ achievement marks the 3^rd consecutive year for making the Tech 200 list. The 2012 winners were chosen by calculating overall percentage revenue growth from 2009 to 2011. LawLogix placed 114^th overall this year.
