Roland D.J. Dietz

Chief Executive Officer

Roland Dietz is CEO of LawLogix Group, Inc. and responsible for driving the company vision, growth and strategy execution.

He brings over 25 years of experience in building and operating high growth businesses in the Information, software and internet/mobile Industries, in diverse International Markets. Previously, Mr. Dietz, was CCO at Reed Elsevier (Elsevier Science) where he grew the digital licensing business within Reed Elsevier to $740M in annual revenues.

Mr. Dietz earned a Master of Science degree from Delft University of Technology in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. He is a dual citizen of the USA and The Netherlands and speaks English, Dutch, Spanish, French and German.


Dan Siciliano

Co-founder of LawLogix; Faculty Director of the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford Law School

Dan Siciliano is co-founder of LawLogix Group, Inc. He is a legal scholar and entrepreneur with expertise in corporate governance, corporate finance, and immigration law. He received his BA from the University of Arizona and completed both his graduate fellowship in Economics and his JD at Stanford University

Dan is Co-Editor of the “The Immigration Compliance Book”, the Senior Research Fellow with the Immigration Policy Center, a national Trustee of the American Immigration Council (AIC/AILF), and a frequent commentator on the long-term economic impact of immigration and employment eligibility policy and reform.

In 1994 he co-founded the Immigration Outreach Center in Phoenix, Arizona and served as Executive Director for five years. He also worked with the law firm Bacon and Dear, PLC – providing immigration and workplace compliance advice to Fortune 500 companies.

Voted one of the Top 100 “Most Influential People in the Boardroom” by the Directorship 100 list, Dan’s unique background provides a strong combination of experience and leadership for the company.


Brian Taylor

Vice President of Computer Systems Engineering & Development

Brian Taylor has several years of experience providing state-of-the art solutions related to
I-9, E-Verify and immigration compliance, to companies who expect the highest level of security, service and support. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, US Government agencies, Universities, non-profits and some of the world’s largest banks.

 

Brian has a B.A.Sc. in System Designs Engineering. His engineering degree coupled with an extensive selling career over several decades gives Brian the ability to communicate more effectively with clients and bridge the traditional gap between engineering design and specific customer needs, ensuring the maximum ROI for client’s technology dollar.

John Fay

General Counsel and Vice President of Product Development

John Fay is an immigration attorney with a background in designing technology for HR compliance. He has advised corporations, educational institutions, and others on a variety of U.S. immigration and employment eligibility issues for over 10 years.

John is currently responsible for overseeing product design and functionality while ensuring compliance with rapidly changing immigration and employment eligibility by actively engaging with officials and following announcements to provide our clients with the most legally compliant solution on the market.


Kathleen Judd

Director of Customer Relations

For the past 20 years, Kathleen Judd has traveled throughout the world and worked as a consultant, an executive coach and trainer, strategic troubleshooter, and managing executive.

Her experience, combined with being a certified teacher, helps Kathleen to provide the necessary knowledge transfer from antiquated systems into LawLogix for Fortune 500 companies, hundreds of AILA members and law firms, non-profit and community based organizations. She brings a unique expertise, offering our clients an extensive selection of strategic and tactical services tailored to meet their specific needs. This results in a long term, mutually rewarding relationship with every client.


Joshua Cisneroz

Vice President of Customer Experience

Joshua Cisneroz has successfully been involved with our Customer Support Department since 2002 and promoted to his current position as VP of Customer Experience after his great leadership during a period of substantial growth and exceptional product expansion.

During his tenure, Joshua has developed a deep expertise for all of the LawLogix solutions and is essential in providing customer feedback directly to the Engineering and Sales Teams to improve customer satisfaction overall.

Joshua continues to be the driving force behind everything customer related. His vision in creating next generation support tools enhances the customer support experience and he excels in managing a team of experienced, professional, bi-lingual individuals who carry out this vision to our clients which results in a high customer retention rate.


Mike Stevens

Senior Director of Sales & Marketing

Mike Stevens is a passionate and driven sales professional with over thirteen years of diverse industry experience. He brings a proven track record of success in consultative & complex selling, managing teams for strategic sales and marketing environments, and implementing methodologies for operational growth.

In his current role as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, Mike oversees the development of the Sales and Marketing teams to lead new initiatives that enhance the operations and successful growth of the company.


Javier Rey

Vice President of Sales

Javier Rey is the Vice President of Sales for LawLogix and has oversight of strategic partnerships and brand promotions for the human resource and legal compliance business segments.

A ten-year veteran of the immigration and I-9 compliance space, Javier works closely with the nation’s top immigration attorneys to identify trends in I-9/E-Verify compliance and develop new sales initiatives and customer service opportunities. He also regularly attends industry conferences and workshops to learn the latest on-boarding concerns and issues for human resource managers.


Jon Runburg

Vice President of Engineering

Jon Runburg earned his B.S. in Business/Web Commerce from the University of Phoenix and has extensive expertise in Quality Assurance, Data Collection and Information Security, and is currently working towards his CISSP certification.

Jon currently manages the three departments that constitute the complete LawLogix engineering team and his unique blend of management and engineering qualifications helps LawLogix achieve the simultaneous goals of technical excellence and client satisfaction through effective communication.


Kristin Mauger

Vice President of Client Relations and Account Services

As Senior Director of Client Relations and Account Services, Kristin is responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation, onboarding, and account services provided to clients. She oversees data migrations, integrations with HRIS systems, and defines workflow processes to ensure clients increase the success and value of LawLogix system capabilities.

Kristin brings over 20+ years of experience in service focused roles, and is a 12-year industry veteran. She has previously built an entire services division and managed award winning customer service teams.


James Trammell

System Architect

James Trammell is the Director of Research & Development, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-founder of LawLogix Group.

Prior to Lawlogix, James was President & Founder of Wizdom Microsystems, Inc., a consulting firm that designed and implemented critical systems in the areas of sales force automation, business developoment, music tracking, clinical grants, medical education, DNA, RNA and human peptide synthesis for major companies such as AMGEN, Dharmacon Research, GM (Oldsmobile), National Music Marketing, The Album Network and others. He is also featured in the 1999-2000 edition of Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses and served as a volunteer sheriff’s deputy for 5 years.
