Dan Siciliano is co-founder of LawLogix Group, Inc. He is a legal scholar and entrepreneur with expertise in corporate governance, corporate finance, and immigration law. He received his BA from the University of Arizona and completed both his graduate fellowship in Economics and his JD at Stanford University
Dan is also Co-Editor of the “The Immigration Compliance Book”, the Senior Research Fellow with the Immigration Policy Center, a national Trustee of the American Immigration Council (AIC/AILF), and a frequent commentator on the long-term economic impact of immigration and employment eligibility policy and reform.
In 1994 he co-founded the Immigration Outreach Center in Phoenix, Arizona and served as Executive Director for five years. He also worked with the law firm Bacon and Dear, PLC – providing immigration and workplace compliance advice to Fortune 500 companies.

Brian has a B.A.Sc. in System Designs Engineering. His engineering degree coupled with an extensive selling career over several decades gives Brian the ability to communicate more effectively with clients and bridge the traditional gap between engineering design and specific customer needs, ensuring the maximum ROI for client’s technology dollar.

John Fay
General Counsel and Vice President of Product Development
John Fay is an immigration attorney with a background in designing technology for HR compliance. He has advised corporations, educational institutions, and others on a variety of U.S. immigration and employment eligibility issues for over 10 years.
John is currently responsible for overseeing product design and functionality while ensuring compliance with rapidly changing immigration and employment eligibility by actively engaging with officials and following announcements to provide our clients with the most legally compliant solution on the market.

Joshua Cisneroz

Joshua Cisneroz has successfully been involved with our Customer Support Department since 2002 and promoted to his current position as VP of Customer Experience after his great leadership during a period of substantial growth and exceptional product expansion.
During his tenure, Joshua has developed a deep expertise for all of the LawLogix solutions and is essential in providing customer feedback directly to the Engineering and Sales Teams to improve customer satisfaction overall.
Joshua continues to be the driving force behind everything customer related. Jon Runburg
Vice President of Engineering
Jon Runburg earned his B.S. in Business/Web Commerce from the University of Phoenix and has extensive expertise in Quality Assurance, Data Collection and Information Security, and is currently working towards his CISSP certification.
Jon currently manages the three departments that constitute the complete LawLogix engineering team and his unique blend of management and engineering qualifications helps LawLogix achieve the simultaneous goals of technical excellence and client satisfaction through effective communication.
James Trammell

James Trammell is the Director of Research & Development, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-founder of LawLogix Group.
Prior to Lawlogix, James was President & Founder of Wizdom Microsystems, Inc., a consulting firm that designed and implemented critical systems in the areas of sales force automation, business developoment, music tracking, clinical grants, medical education, DNA, RNA and human peptide synthesis for major companies such as AMGEN, Dharmacon Research, GM (Oldsmobile), National Music Marketing, The Album Network and others. He is also featured in the 1999-2000 edition of Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses and served as a volunteer sheriff’s deputy for 5 years.
Javier Rey
Vice President of Sales
Javier is a seasoned sales professional and business development executive with over 15 years of sales experience.
His background includes over 8 years working closely with the top immigration attorneys in the country within the immigration case management and I-9 arena. In his current role, he oversees the sales for all LawLogix products and services, including the LawLogix Electronic I-9 and E-Verify Guardian solution.

Debra Johnson is a Senior Business Development Executive driving east coast sales initiatives for LawLogix Immigration Case Management products.
She has more than 20 years of experience in sales, business and product development, having held positions at McKessonHBOC, Insight and CallPointe. Debra’s expertise and experience continue to drive notable client growth in the law firm, enterprise, non-profit and community based organizations sectors. The above coupled with her deep understanding of client needs, she continues to help prospective customers streamline their business by implementing LawLogix solutions.
Brian Moore
Sales Executive
Brian Moore earned his B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the University of Arizona. Post graduation, Brian began building his business development skills at the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship by assisting with the launch of the Center for Corporate Entrepreneurship and New Venturing.
He began his sales career with LawLogix in 2009 and since that time has worked with the HR, procurement, IT, and legal departments of various organizations to communicate the benefits achieved by implementing the Guardian I-9 and E-Verify compliance system.
