LawLogix services being delivered as an on-demand services (SaaS) means you simply need a PC or Mac with Acrobat Reader 5.0+ and a browser (i.e., Internet Explorer 6.0+, Safari or Firefox), all free software.

“Always-on” Service Model

The LawLogix service model is built around an “always-on” disaster resistance and recovery approach. The LawLogix system may be used from anywhere that has a secure internet connection. This means total geographic resistance to disaster for any given location. In 2003, 2004, and 2005 our system has demonstrated robust usability during regional disasters in Florida and Louisiana. As concerns the physical infrastructure of the company, the LawLogix physical disaster recovery systems include co-located servers in geographically diverse locations, extensive redundancy (hot-swap capability) of hardware and data, adherence to industry best practices for security and back-up including 128-bit encryption and mandatory complex passwords, and the ability to stay up and running in the case of catastrophic regional disaster (nuclear, flood, or other) at any one of our primary facilities including our main facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

SAS70/SOX Compliant

Our hardened security with customizable permissions and SureMessagingsm is SAS70/SOX compliant. Our hardened UNIX-based server infrastructure is both more secure and more stable than cheaper Microsoft Windows server environments is backed by millions of dollars in general and employee liability insurance.

Daily Penetration Testing

LawLogix has independent statement of opinion regarding penetration testing by ScanAlert/HackerSafe (http://www.scanalert.com) which induces daily penetration testing (which is viewable on our site each time you log in confirming our daily passed status) and other security measures and testing.

We currently import data from databases such as Immigrant Pro®, West ImmForms®, ImmigrationAide®, Outlook® Contacts & Notes, Time Matters®, Vision®, QuickBooks®, ARIA®, PeopleSoft®, Oracle®, ProLaw®, Microsoft Access® and Excel®.
