LawLogix is one of the Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America
LawLogix is the only immigration and I-9 compliance system provider to ever receive this award.
Within the category of software companies that made the Inc. 500 list, LawLogix was ranked 32nd.
Only 500 are Chosen -- Out of Tens of Thousands
LawLogix Group, Inc. was recently named to the prestigious Annual Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing successful privately held companies in the United States. Tens of thousands of companies vie for this honor each year, but only 500 are named to the formal list. For twenty-six years, Inc. magazine has been the authority on successful private companies. By joining the ranks of other past recipients such as Intuit and Microsoft, LawLogix Group has distinguished itself as a mature, successful, and vibrantly fast growing company.
Full-time U.S. Staff of more than 34 Professionals
No other immigration software or case management vendor was named to the list. This fact reaffirms the market dominance that LawLogix Group, Inc. has achieved over the past seven years with its EDGE (firm case-management), Globe Trotter (Enterprise/Corporate), and Guardian (I-9 Compliance) products. The Inc. award highlights the wisdom of the LawLogix approach to pricing and subsequent reinvestment in R&D and customer support. No other company in the immigration software market boasts a full-time U.S. staff of more than 34 professionals, including the largest dedicated customer support and training teams - easily several times the support staff size of the next largest vendor.
A Full-Service Software Company
Dan Siciliano*, co-founder and CEO, explains, "Satisfying immigration lawyers and their staff is tough business. It was always clear to us that you couldn't dabble at it -- you had to make it your company's core mission. Though there have been a lot of creative strategies used by other immigration software companies ranging from off-shoring key functions to sharing resources and overhead with closely related law firms, I don't think any of these approaches achieve the same customer focus, scale, and effectiveness of LawLogix. The evidence is now quite clear: to satisfy the high performance immigration lawyer and paralegal, you have to be a full-service software company without the side distractions of a law practice or the challenges of off-shored key functions. The competitive pressures that highlight these differences will only increase over the coming years.
Substantial Consolidation in the Immigration Software Industry Continues
There has been substantial consolidation in our industry already. Six years ago there were at least a dozen standalone companies of note and now we are down to about three or four. The Inc. 500 award has added momentum to the success of LawLogix and will, I believe, allow us to leverage our market size and financial clout to increase this market consolidation while improving service to our customers. I fully expect there to be at least one, maybe two fewer companies in this space a year or two from now. We will have a hand in this and both our clients and us will benefit from this further consolidation.
Good News for Immigration Lawyers This is good news for immigration lawyers that make the smart choices up-front. As the "per case" pricing model becomes the standard, more law firms are able to reasonably pass that fee to their clients and reduce their effective overhead costs all while radically improving their ability to market themselves and produce high quality work more efficiently. Though it has taken some time for this to become obvious, the proof, as our clients say, is "in the pudding" -- LawLogix clients are more likely, we think, to be highly successful and do exactly as we've done: dominate their competitors." |
