Executive Order 13465 Made Easy with SureConvertSM

This innovative service integrated with I-9 digitizing and the LawLogix Guardian E-Verify® Batch Processing technology will make it easier and more efficient for federal contractors to comply with Executive Order 13465.
With our exclusive SureConvertSM service, LawLogix includes an automated digitizing and transcription process for pre-existing paper I-9s. Included in the service is the LawLogix proprietary Technical Estimate Compliance Summary (TECS), which outlines all I-9s that appear to be missing, incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant, as well as those with duplicate SSNs, to assist with identity theft detection and guidance on how to prepare these I-9s for the Guardian E-Verify® Batch Processing.
Guardian E-Verify® Batch Processing with SureConvertSM allows users to submit employment authorization information for multiple employees to E-Verify® simultaneously, eliminating the need to process each employee's submission individually. This feature improves efficiency, and assists in complying with the new E-Verify® rules, which require employers to submit employment authorization information to E-Verify® not only for new hires, but for all current employees assigned to a qualifying federal contract or sub-contract. LawLogix clients have found these services to be extremely valuable in managing the submission of all current employees on federal contracts to E-Verify® within the government-mandated timelines.
The addition of SureConvertSM enables LawLogix I-9 migration and Guardian E‑Verify Batch Processing to provide a number of benefits, such as:
