In return for gaining access to the Site and other LawLogix information and viewing it, you agree to be bound by the following Agreement without limitation or qualification, so please carefully review this Agreement before proceeding.

If you do not intend to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, do not view, access and/or use the Site.

This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure by LawLogix to you of certain "Confidential Information" originated by LawLogix including certain new product ideas and other intellectual property relating to the gathering and processing of information required to manage, file, produce, or comply with immigration and/or I-9 regulations or business requirements and processes. With regard to the Confidential Information, you hereby agree:

1. Not to use the information therein except for evaluating your firm's and/or your interest in entering a business relationship with LawLogix in a client capacity, based on the Confidential Information.

2. To safeguard the Confidential Information against disclosure to others.

3. You agree to allow your IP address to be logged and stored as a record of your access to this agreement and site.

4. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with the Service.

5. You may not copy, display, distribute, download, license, modify, publish, re-post, reproduce, reuse, sell, transmit, use to create a derivative work, or otherwise use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes. Nothing on the Site shall be construed to confer any grant or license of any intellectual property rights directly, by implication, or otherwise. You may not disclose the information to others, without the express written permission of LawLogix, except that which:

- is now, or becomes in the future, public knowledge
- is lawfully obtained by you from sources independent of LawLogix

6. That you shall not directly or indirectly acquire any interest in, or design, create, manufacture, sell or otherwise deal with any item or product, containing, based upon or derived from the Confidential Information, except as may be expressly agreed to in writing by LawLogix.

7. That your secrecy obligation with respect to the Confidential Information shall continue for a period ending 1 year from the date of your access.
